Aspen Manor

Featured in the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s and selected as winner of a prestigious Gold Nugget Award in 2010, Aspen Manor is situated on four acres at the base of Red Mountain. At approximately 20,000 sq ft, our team worked to break up the massing, and utilize as much glass as possible to encompass the views, all the while creating a warm mountain escape for the owners. 

The owner’s philanthropic engagements led to programming to include spaces for sizable party tents, valet, catering, staff accommodations,, and lavish guest suites. The design includes 12 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry, an office, a wine cellar with a tasting room, a gym, pilot’s quarters, a pool and outdoor entertaining areas, and a guest house.
