Drawing inspiration from context and the natural landscape, Chad's work reflects a profound engagement with site-specific inspiration. His approach seamlessly integrates with CCA's collaborative and client-centric ethos, ensuring each project harmonizes creativity with functionality. Chad graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Environmental Design, where he focused on contemporary residential architecture and sustainable design practices. With more than 15 years of experience, Chad has cultivated a diverse portfolio of complex and award-winning projects spanning custom residential, multifamily, and light commercial developments. His tenure in Colorado's resort communities has afforded him invaluable insights into managing a diverse clientele and executing projects of exceptional quality. In recognition of his progressive thinking and dedication, Chad was appointed to Associate Principal in 2024, further solidifying his role in shaping the firm’s vision and market presence.
Outside of the studio, Chad embraces the Colorado lifestyle, spending his summers exploring the wilderness through hiking, trail running, and backpacking adventures. While Chad is also an avid skier, he finds equal solace in quiet winter nights by the fireside. His passion for travel, especially to catch live performances by his favorite improvisational bands, fuels his creative spirit and keeps him inspired.
