Entrada Housing

Selected by way of request for proposal, CCA designed this modularly-built affordable housing project on the banks of a river, flanked by a pond and wetlands. With a tight budget, stringent architectural guidelines, and surrounding water issues, the project was thoughtfully and sustainably-built—resulting in an Eagle Housing Award for design and execution.
