Telluride’s Longwill 16 Affordable Housing project, designed with family livability and sustainability in mind, offers sixteen for-sale units with private garages in two, three, and four-bedroom layouts. Located on the valley floor with views of Telluride Ski Resort, the units feature sloped roofs for efficient snow and water shedding and open to the south for added solar gain.

Each unit's contemporary design incorporates daylighting, passive solar, and cross-ventilation through glazing on at least two sides. The building steps up from adjacent open space, creating a visual flow to nearby three-story structures and framing views across the valley.
