Aspen Modern was thoughtfully reimagined for a young family with a passion for casual, joyful entertaining. The comprehensive remodel transformed the four-level, 14,000-square-foot residence into an inviting retreat that comfortably accommodates 28 guests.
Stripped back to its original structure, the design collaboration with Pembrooke and Ives prioritized expansive views through larger windows and a seamless blend of natural and refined materials.
Crafted with a modern mountain aesthetic, the home embraces a palette of stone and wood, enhanced with sophisticated, tailored details. Textural contrasts—chiseled stone alongside polished marble—add depth and character, while the integration of organic materials brings the surrounding landscape indoors.The result is a contemporary, comfortable space designed to celebrate mountain living with a fresh, approachable style.
