Palm NY Penthouse

Perched atop the Alfred building, overlooking Lincoln Center, with 360-degree views of Manhattan’s Upper West Side, this 6,700-square-foot penthouse renovation was crafted as a dramatic space for art. 

The extensive transformation involved removing nearly all interior walls and ceilings, finishes, and cabinetry, and reworking plumbing and ductwork to maximize usable space and window views. The result is an expansive, open layout where the entry, living, and gallery areas flow seamlessly, creating an ideal setting for art against the backdrop of Manhattan’s skyline.
